In December 2018, Duoband restaurant group has brought in its new project in a prestigious district of St. Petersburg. The minimalist concept of the venue called Harvest fully embraces the ideas of ecodesign: airy and light-filled, decorated with neutral colours and natural materials. Thanks to Tillypad, all the venues by Duoband, including the new restaurant, could be joined in a single program complex.
This project, developed by Dmitriy Blinov and Renat Malikov, is all about responsible consumption and zero waste: all the processes in the restaurant are targeted to reduce the waste to a minimum. In the Harvest menu, the emphasis is placed on vegetables and greens: whole-wheat pita with avocado and parmesan, sun-dried beetroot with fresh cheese, tempura fried asparagus with pesto sauce, cream of broccoli soup with crab meat. In months to come, there are plans to open the area on the upper floor for private functions as well as a covered terrace in the courtyard.
The works on automation of the Harvest restaurant were successfully performed by Standard-7, Tillypad's official representative.
