J.Ramen, a new happy place for those who like Asian food, has been recently opened in the centre of restaurant life of St. Petersburg, in Rubinstein Street. The owners were inspired by similar European venues, where the cuisine is mainly focused on Chef's signature style and original dishes.
The name of the venue speaks for itself: J refers to Japanese, and ramen is the main type of dish served. At J.Ramen, the chefs make delicious adaptation of the authentic Japanese recipes based on the indigenous tastes and products. Thus, the local variation of traditional noodle broth is seasoned and flavoured with various toppings, including but not limited to: chicken, pork ribs, prawns, tataki beef, and vegetables. The menu offers more surprises and specialities: a meyzmen, or noodles with a variety of toppings served without the broth, a liquid mango and tapioca with coconut milk for dessert. In step with a popular organic movement, the wine list boasts biodynamic and natural wine.
The works on automation of the new venue were performed by Standard-7
