'Full House' is a training conference on restaurant marketing and customer service that has taken place in St. Petersburg from the 27th to 28th of November 2018. At the event, Tillypad was represented by Dmitry Yanushkevich, our Sales Director.
The conference hard-driving programme was charged to the max: it included a score of lectures, roundtable discussions, training workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions. At the conference, Dmitry Yanushkevich, the Sales Director of Tillypad, provided insight into some important aspects of the topic, speaking on how the reward system can increase your business income, the mistakes to avoid when launching your marketing campaign, and the ways to attract and encourage your customers using an automation system.
