In a Modern Country Inn Rich in History

Tillypad have partnered with a historic guest house and restaurant located in the charming Shropshire village of Norbury. The Coach House has a rich history dating back to the 17th Century and is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty just 16 miles south of one of England’s finest medieval market towns, Shrewsbury.
The Coach House retains many original features with open fireplaces and beamed ceilings all contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere experienced by guests. The Visit England Gold Award reinforces the great work and dedication by owners Sean and Lexi Morris to establish the Coach House as a great place to stay when exploring the beautiful scenery of the Onny Valley and Shropshire Hills area.
The restaurant offers a delicious, freshly prepared menu focussing on locally sourced produce served to the highest standards. With the introduction of special pop-up nights showcasing culinary talent in the area the restaurant is going from strength to strength. The owners of the Coach House therefore believed the time was right to update the business POS system. Having seen Tillypad XL in situ at another premises Sean contacted the friendly UK team to discuss updating the system. Tillypad was installed soon after, utilising the latest touch screen POS system and IPAD handhelds to improve service and ease of ordering.
The owner of The Coach House, Sean Morris commented “Tillypad is so much better than what we had before & has made such a difference to our business”.
