Pushkin — restaurant for family fun

In April 2018, a new restaurant called Pushkin has become a new customer of Tillypad. Set in the very heart of Chelyabinsk, this two-storey venue focused both on parents and their children offers banquet halls with game areas, delicious food, and good service. To streamline the business processes, Tillypad's official representative in Chelyabinsk, PROXY SERVICE Ural implemented advanced automation technologies in the restaurant.
Pushkin has already won the popularity of local residents, young and old. It's a perfect place for the whole family to relax, enjoy tasty food, and have a good time: parents can unwind in peace, while their little ones are carried away with games and fun. Indeed they are! Pushkin can boast several theme-based playing areas where every child will find something to his liking. Experienced child-minders and animators in charge of kids' safety and fun are adding yet more benefits to a family celebration at Pushkin.
Besides being much-loved by families with children, the restaurant, located in Pushkin Garden, a popular city park, attracts a great number of visitors, especially in summer season. However, since its opening in August 2017, the restaurant had worked without any automation system. Increase in attendance and number of orders required the owners to implement certain changes, thus it was decided to automate the restaurant.
Versatile and functional, Tillypad was an obvious choice for managing day-to-day challenges. At the current stage of business development, well-worked analysis tools, reporting, and monitoring features were of great significance to the owners. Now, when the place is up and running, Tillypad helps to study customers' interest in the menu options, analyse the response to the loyalty programs, etc.
Presently, the system has a standard configuration, but in a while, the management is planning to implement a bonus program and flexible discount system. With busy summer period just around the corner, Pushkin is going to set up a terrace where the staff will use Tillypad Mobile Waiter app for faster service.
